Shortcut Menu for OLE-objects

When working with a project you are allowed to use shortcut menus on such objects as text, lines, rectangles, images, ole-objects, and ellipses.

To display shortcut menu for an ole-object:

* Using the Selection Tool ( ) select an ole-object you want to work with and right-click it. The shortcut menu as shown in the example below appears.

The shortcut menu elements for images are described below:

Cut:

When clicked places the selected ole-object into Clipboard and deletes it from your design.

Copy:

When clicked places the selected ole-object into Clipboard.

Paste:

When clicked places an ole-object from Clipboard into insertion point.

Delete:

Allows you to remove the selected ole-object from your design.

Bring to Front:

Allows you to place the selected ole-object on the top of other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Send to Back:

Allows you to place the selected ole-object on the bottom of other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Move Up:

Allows you to place the selected ole-object one level up within the layer relative to other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Move Down:

Allows you to place the selected ole-object one level down within the layer relative to other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Action:

This menu item contains the following sub-items:

-- Edit Object: When selected allows you to edit the ole-object created earlier.

-- Open Object: When selected allows you to work with the ole-object in the corresponding ole-application.

Properties:

Displays the OLE Object Properties dialog, which allows you to view or change properties for your ole-object. For further information refer to the section titled Managing OLE-object Properties.
